1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Derasa.org ("the Website", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use this platform.

2. Use of AI Tools

Our platform provides AI-driven educational tools. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated content can occasionally contain errors. Students are encouraged to use our tools as a companion to their official school curriculum and teachers' guidance.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.

4. Financial Balance & Refunds

Strict Policy: Any balance added to your Derasa.org account is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Credit added can only be used for services within the platform.
• Balances do not expire while the account is active.
• In the event of account deletion by the user, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including software, design, and proprietary educational materials, is the property of Derasa.org and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the learning environment for other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Derasa.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

9. Platform Fees & Tutor Revenue

By offering tutoring sessions on Derasa.org, you acknowledge and agree that the platform will retain a 15% commission fee from every confirmed booking to cover operational, maintenance, and transaction costs. Tutors will receive exactly 85% of their set hourly rate.

10. Teacher Profiles & Promotional Use

By creating a teacher account on Derasa.org, you explicitly consent and agree to allow Derasa.org to use your name, professional title, credentials, profile photo, and associated promotional materials for educational and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying your profile details inside the Website/Platform and/or using them in external marketing campaigns, social media posts, directories, or advertisement campaigns to promote the platform and its network of educators.

11. Confidentiality & Security Violations

Any account found to be violating the platform's rules or leaking/disclosing confidential information (including but not limited to proprietary platform assets, official documents, curriculum guides, user databases, or other personal information) will be subject to immediate and permanent suspension. Furthermore, the account owner will be held strictly liable and subject to legal and judicial accountability under administrative, civil, and criminal laws. Derasa.org reserves all rights to pursue legal actions and claim compensation for damages occurred.
